Michel Boucquillon was born in 1962 in Belgium and graduated in Architecture in 1988 in Brussels.
That same year he won the Van Hove Architecture Prize and worked in Florence for two years.
At the age of 26, he won the Architecture competition for the hemicycle of the European Parliament in Brussels, for which he also designed the furniture.
He begins his career in the world of design: VALLI & VALLI asks him to produce a handle, TECHNOLUX wants him to design the lamps and TECNO wants Michel to design the furniture for the hemicycle.
In 2005 he won the “Design Plus” award.
